Treating people with respect is important to us, and if you post on our Facebook page you should think it’s important too. We’re a family-friendly spa and want to operate as such on this page.
We do regularly check our page and our private messages with a view to responding as soon as we can, but sometimes we’re busy dishing out blissful body treatments, so we don’t always see your posts as soon as you make them. Our aim is to get back to you inside two working days, but most of the time it will be much sooner.
We do not plan on removing your posts unless it includes vulgarity, racial comments, personal attacks of a staff member or customer, or third-party solicitation. Anything contrary to our company values may be removed. So if you’re rude, mean-spirited, snarky, aggressive, defamatory or nasty, we may intervene at our discretion.
Your experience here should be like an extension of our spa. You don’t disguise yourself there, so please don’t here. Posts from fake accounts or fake profiles, as well as repeat posts will probably be blocked completely from posting on this page.
